According to complete.com, Twitter grew substantially last month (16.57%), after stalling the month before. Last month’s stall was somewhat surprising considering the phenomenal growth during the previous two months. During March and April unique visitor numbers grew from just over 7,935.000 to just over 19,442,000!
Now the number of unique Twitter visitors is around 23,000,000. Presumably these numbers don’t count all the people using applications such as Seesmic Desktop and TweetDeck to post to Twitter. It’ll be interesting to see what will happen next month. I wonder if all the conversation surrounding Michael Jackson’s death will impact the numbers?
