I’m now able to let you know about my public art project that has already begun in Auckland, and will run until 17 August. The street poster project, ‘Downfall’, consists of 250 A1-sized art posters placed around the streets of central Auckland at approved poster sites, where advertising posters are usually displayed.
The posters are offset prints of my recent painting Downfall, and have been placed by Phantom Billstickers. After the project, all posters will be removed and recycled.
If you happen to be in central Auckland during the project, do keep a lookout.
